I started out my journey in November of 2020 with no knowledge of diets and a structured work-out regime. I was 280 pounds of disappointment when I started and I wanted to be better for my wife and kids.
I started blindly hitting the gym and *thinking* I was dieting properly and plateaued at 250 lbs. I knew I was doing something wrong. I reached out to Cody in the beginning of July 2021 and right away he set me up with a diet plan and a workout schedule.
From then on I’ve made a transformation that I never knew was achievable. I’ve been working with Cody for 8 months so far and already reached 9% body fat (dexa scan) at 191 lbs – and currently in the process of bulking!
My wife has seen a whole new revitalized Robert, and my kids have seen a whole new energetic dad. I can outrun my kids again, and they’re the ones breathing heavy when it used to be the other way around. Motivation and drive passes from the gym to work as well and it has paid off dramatically.
